A leading real estate Investment Manager is seeking an Investor Services Manager | Client Service Manager to join its growing Client Services function. This is a pivotal role supporting a sophisticated investor base while driving service excellence and strategic initiatives across the platform. The Opportunity This is a senior, hands-on position combining leadership with meaningful project exposure. You will play a key role in uplifting capability, improving processes, and supporting the ongoing maturity of the client services function. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business — including Risk, Investments and executive leadership — you will act as a central point of coordination and delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Services (BAU) Oversee client service delivery, acting as a key escalation point for complex investor queries Manage and refine repeatable workflows across the function Support servicing of an increasingly sophisticated institutional client base Ensure accuracy and integrity across CRM and client systems Projects & Transformation (Key Focus) Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives across client services, capital and risk teams Drive system adoption and enhancements across CRM and deal management platforms Identify and implement process improvements, automation and efficiency gains Manage external vendors and oversee SLA performance Deliver data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and business growth About You You are a technically strong client services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing delivery with improvement. You will bring: 3-6 years’ experience in client services or investor services within finance, funds management or real estate Proven experience across both BAU delivery and project/change environments Strong technical capability, with exposure to systems, process improvement and data-led decision making Ability to operate in a hands-on leadership role, leading by example Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior business lines Experience with vendor management and SLA frameworks (advantageous) High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset The Team You will join a growing Client Services function structured across Officers, Associates and Team Leads, with leadership spanning multiple locations.
