Utilise rostering systems to streamline scheduling and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies. The Successful Applicant A successful Workforce Planner will have: Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling within a professional environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Clear and confident communication skills for working with internal stakeholders. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of relevant workplace compliance requirements.
