What you will be doing Territory - Northern and Western Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle out to Wagga and up to Tamworth. There is an exciting field-based role available (for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract) where you will be an integral part of a collaborative team of Customer Business Managers (internal position title). You’ll be on the road managing the territory to drive brand and commercial success - reporting to the National Field Manager you will be warmly welcomed and supported to achieve the following: Financial Objectives - achieve sales targets across core business channels (Pet/Vet/Grooming etc) to drive growth. Manage trade investment within budget and support quarterly customer reviews Relationship Management - build strong retailer relationships across all channels, lead category management and maintain promotional calendars and prepare business reviews Field Execution - execute effective journey plans, identify in-store brand opportunities. Ensure that in-store compliance is maintained and delivered against strategic objectives Training - provide clear, impactful training to retail and vet clinic teams. Support product launches and promotional activity through this education Admin & Reporting - deliver monthly reports and manage promotional plans, local marketing and analysis of results. What you’ll bring to the role You’ll own the success of the NSW North territory, through strong relationships with retailers and vet clinics. Confident and commercially savvy, you’ll influence and execute in-store strategies. You’re organised and self-motivated and highly focused on delivering results that support the growth targets. The full territory is Northern and Western Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wagga and Tamworth Previous experience in the pet, veterinary, or animal health industry is essential. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A positive mindset, resilience, and strong communication skills to quickly engage customers (Vets, Practice Managers, or Vet Nurses). Experience in territory management and consultative selling, with some sales experience preferred. The ability to interpret sales reports, identify trends, and implement actions for growth. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Nice to Have: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales or customer service within pet, vet, animal health, or FMCG sectors. Certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in Animal Health.
