Casual Retail Assistant | 10-12 hours per week We're partnering with a beautiful, community-focused retail store to find friendly and reliable Casual Retail Assistants to join their small, supportive team in the beautiful Lysterfield, Victoria. This is a great opportunity for university students or someone looking for consistent, long-term casual hours in a welcoming, customer-focused environment. The focus is on delivering great customer service and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day. Your key responsibilities will include: Serving customers with a warm, friendly and professional approach Operating the coffee machine (full training provided) Processing sales and scanning purchases through the POS system Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment Supporting with occasional stocktakes Working collaboratively with 1-2 other team members on shift About you: Confident, bubbly and articulate communicator High level of initiative - you see what needs doing and get on with it Enjoy working in a customer service or retail environment Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential Friendly, team-oriented and reliable Available for casual and weekend shifts (typically 5-6 hours) Hours: 10-12 hours per week across casual rostered shifts Morning: 8:30am – 12:00pm / 12:30pm Afternoon: 12:00pm / 12:30pm – 4:00pm Availability to work Saturday's and Sunday's is required to be considered Please click ‘Apply’ if you are interested in the opportunity.
