The clinic is an established, locally-owned, and GP-led practice. They are currently looking for General Practitioners to join their multidisciplinary team to meet high patient demand in the Northern Melbourne area. Financials & Incentives Remuneration: 70% to 75% of billings (negotiable based on experience/commitment). Income Guarantee: A guaranteed hourly rate of $180 – $200 per hour is typically offered for the first 3 months to help a new GP establish their patient base. Billing Model: Predominantly Bulk Billing with a very high patient volume. Key Features of the Role Patient Base: Very busy clinic with an immediate start available. The clinic serves a diverse community, including large Vietnamese and Filipino populations. Support: Full-time nursing support (for immunisations, care plans, and health assessments) and experienced administrative staff. Facilities: Modern consulting rooms, fully computerized using Best Practice software. On-site Services: Includes Pathology, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and specialized services like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy and skin cancer checks. Requirements Vocationally Registered (VR) GP preferred (FRACGP / FACRRM). Non-VR GPs with General Registration may be considered depending on the clinic's DPA status and supervision capacity. AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
