You’ll be delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across industrial, retail and commercial sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas. The role covers diagnostics, breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and ensuring all works are completed in line with safety regulations and industry standards. What they’re looking for: A reliable, self-driven technician Strong communicator and team player Well-presented and professional Solid technical expertise across HVAC&R systems Safety-focused with strong compliance awareness Customer-first mindset with excellent service skills (non-negotiable) Relevant trade qualifications and licences, plus a current driver’s licence Key responsibilities: Maintenance, breakdowns and repairs across HVAC&R systems Quoting repairs and replacements Providing technical support to clients and teammates Detailed and accurate service reporting Building and maintaining strong client relationships Leading by example as a senior technician You’ll need to pass a national police check and pre-employment medical.
