The Role We’re seeking a Maintenance Planner to join a busy aviation maintenance team based at Parafield Airport. You’ll work within a team of planners and engineers to coordinate and plan maintenance activities, ensuring work is structured, prioritised and aligned with operational requirements. This is a highly collaborative environment. You’ll be working across engineers, admin teams and operational stakeholders, balancing priorities and making decisions that support the broader business. Aviation experience is not required, but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a regulated environment is essential. What You’ll Be Doing Planning and coordinating maintenance activities Working closely with engineers and operational teams to prioritise work Supporting scheduling and execution readiness Managing changing priorities and adjusting plans accordingly Building strong working relationships across the business Supporting continuous improvement in planning processes What You’ll Bring Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments Flexible mindset and ability to manage changing priorities Understanding of Theory of Constraints highly regarded Must have the right to work in Australia About Us Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
