The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating campaign activities, managing administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Delivery Implement and assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Manage timelines and assets to ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and on budget. Media & Channel Coordination Brief and coordinate with media agencies for campaign execution. Local Area Marketing (LAM) Support store teams with localised marketing initiatives and materials. Track and report on LAM activity outcomes. Content & Creative Liaise with creative team to produce marketing assets. Ensure all creative is aligned to brand guidelines. Reporting & Insights Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of spend and ROI. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Campaign Delivery Campaigns delivered on time and within budget Media Execution Accuracy and timeliness of media bookings Local Area Marketing Number of store-level initiatives supported Content & Creative Adherence to brand guidelines Reporting Post-campaign reports completed on time Skills & Experience Essential: 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in retail or FMCG. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience in briefing and managing creative and media agencies. Desirable: Marketing or Communications qualification.
