Reporting to the Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager the Events & Webinar Executive will support the core functions of the Clients & Markets (C&M) team as a member of the Event Marketing function. Responsibilities Event Marketing Be an integral member of a collaborative and supportive team, where you’ll excel at end-to-end event planning, design and execution. Plan and deliver face-to-face and digital events. Work with senior colleagues to deliver excellent whole-of-firm staff events and national key client events Contribute to an events marketing roadmap that includes projects aimed at growing individual key client relationships, employing modern technology, and ensuring major activities deliver a return on investment Develop relationships with suppliers and venues Track and manage event budgets Work closely with our digital marketing, communications, creative services and stakeholder engagement professionals to deliver sophisticated and innovative multi-channel campaigns that maximise audience engagement Other Digital Marketing and Communications Use our marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and CRM (InterAction) to build digital communications to maximise client experience, follow our processes, and maximise opportunities to report and learn from client data Webinars Plan, manage and successfully deliver of webinars by: creating workflows in our marketing automation platform; setting up the webinar in platforms such as On24; collaborating with digital marketing team members and acting as the producer for webinars Process and system administration Contribute towards the continuous process improvements of the national event and webinar processes Ensure that market and client information gleaned during events and webinars are captured in our CRM system (InterAction) Maintain the national events calendar by regularly providing up-to-date information on events activities People & Culture Develop your technical and soft skills by undertaking continuous learning opportunities and on-the-job training With the support of your manager, plan and prioritise your workflow to ensure the timely completion to a high quality of services and outputs Ensure that standards and behaviours set out in the client service charter are consistently observed and practised during interactions with internal stakeholders (partners and staff) and clients Requirements Experience planning, delivering, and reporting on face-to-face and virtual events, and working with event venues and suppliers Experience using marketing technology platforms, such as webinar tools (On24, and Microsoft Teams); email marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred); and CRM or client contact databases Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders Excellent attention to detail, a logical thinker, and able to follow complex processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A strong work ethic and a supportive team player Norton Rose Fulbright values diversity and strives to create an inclusive environment.
