Sales Specialist – Graduate / Entry-Level Opportunity / Sales Career About the Role Doctors’ Health Fund is a private health insurer built for doctors and the medical community. As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join our Sydney team. In this role, you’ll support prospective and existing members by guiding them through their health insurance options and helping them choose cover that suits their needs. You’ll work across phone and email, managing qualified leads and having genuine, needs-based conversations, focused on doing what’s right for the member. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll focus on supporting members across their entire journey from joining new members on both Residents’ cover and Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC), through to upgrading and retaining existing members. You’ll have thoughtful conversations to help members understand their options, review their cover as their circumstances change, and ensure it continues to meet their needs over time. Through this, you’ll build strong, long-term relationships and contribute to positive member outcomes as well as sales, upgrade and retention targets. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney, with hybrid working available after training.
