Key Responsibilities Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum in the initial stages of implementation Provide training to current and new customers. Be part of the product development phase, Liaise with the product development team and software users during the software design cycle, participate in the internal beta testing, and act as a point of contact for product team to identify & document technical requirements. Support business development managers to identify, develop and close opportunities within key accounts Provide support to business development in the technical aspects of our solution selling process, including client demonstrations, input into sales proposals, customer success and support Identify account enrichment opportunities for our mine planning solutions About You A minimum of 3 years’ experience in analysis, design, implementation, and support of mine planning systems A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification Strong ability to build relationships with customers Detailed understanding and delivery of mine planning solutions Why Micromine?
