Description We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Quality and Performance to join our Health & Education team at Bendigo Hospital and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and high‑performing facilities that support essential community services. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Provide end‑to‑end assurance that contractual commitments are understood, managed and met Ensure performance outcomes are accurately monitored, reported and defended Maintain confidence with Project Co, the State and key stakeholders through strong governance and reporting Support operational leadership by translating contract requirements into clear, achievable performance outcomes Drive continuous improvement in how performance, risk and compliance are managed What You’ll Bring Experience in contract management, performance reporting, assurance or governance roles Experience operating in regulated, complex or high‑accountability environments Experience working with performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting obligations Exposure to PPP, government contracts, infrastructure or healthcare environments desirable but not essential More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
