We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team. This position, located in Maroochydore, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets. Key responsibilities in this role will include: Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants. Work up to, and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants. Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency. Prepare detailed client reports and presentations, providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions. Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation. Maintain an understanding of all relevant laws, regulations and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets. Maintain an understanding and competence of all software and tools utilised by the organisation and assist other team members in developing their understanding. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following: Experience in the management of commercial assets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Current Real Estate License You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
