About the Role Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Works Coordinator to join our growing company. Nature of position: Permanent / Full time Location: Mornington, TAS & Melbourne VIC Reporting Line: Scheduling & Performance Manager Key Responsibilities Coordinate and drive field staff productivity to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, triage, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems Available on a rotating shift (7:30am–4:30pm) to manage inbound customer calls using client systems Conduct outbound scripted calls with customers to obtain explicit informed consent, and coordinate calls with building managers to arrange technician access Identify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work orders Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Performance Manager & the National Manager Strong focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing the client’s expectations Skills and Experience Minimum 12 months in a Customer Service, Scheduling or Technical Support role is essential Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential Basic technical knowledge of Electrical Metering work is an advantage Excellent organisational and administration skills High level attention to detail About Us Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
