We are currently seeking a Permanent Part Time Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at St Francis Aged Care, Orange, working weekend afternoon shifts. About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Care Managers and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will uphold Catholic Healthcare’s Mission and Values in all aspects of your practice and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, holistic and evidence‑based nursing care to residents Support care planning, assessments and documentation in line with AN‑ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams Monitor residents’ health and escalate clinical changes appropriately Promote dignity, respect and meaningful relationships with residents and families Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives What You’ll Need Diploma of Nursing Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation Strong communication, teamwork and clinical skills Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team Basic computer skills (Outlook, clinical systems) Why Join Catholic Healthcare?
