The Opportunity As our Enablement Lead, you’ll empower the sales organisation with the skills, tools and frameworks needed to drive high‑quality customer engagement and improved win rates. This is an individual contributor role that collaborates closely with Marketing, Product and Sales Leadership to design and deliver programs that build capability, readiness and strong execution discipline across the team. What you’ll be doing day-to-day Design and deliver targeted enablement programs to elevate capability across acquisition, retention and cross‑sell motions Embed a consistent sales methodology and strong process discipline across all segments Own the onboarding experience for new sales hires, ensuring they are field‑ready from day one Collaborate with Segment GTM to convert commercial strategies into field‑ready plays Build sales toolkits, talk tracks and objection‑handling guides to support campaigns Champion effective use of CRM, forecasting and pipeline management tools Partner with Marketing, Product and GTM teams to ensure message consistency and content alignment. What you’ll bring to this role 5–10 years in sales enablement, commercial operations or B2B sales leadership Proven experience designing and delivering sales capability and readiness programs Strong background in implementing sales methodologies and managing onboarding at scale Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, ideally within telco or technology Demonstrated cross‑functional experience partnering with Marketing, Product and Sales teams Skilled in CRM systems and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn) Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
