The Role Prepare detailed and accurate sales estimates and quotes Conduct thorough site cost evaluations by interpreting soil reports, site surveys and engineering requirements Preserve margin accuracy by performing precise quanitity take-offs and maintaining communication with the supply chain Manage workflow effectively to meet strict deadlines To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in a Sales Estimator position with a residential builder Proficiency with estimating software and MS Excel Strong knowledge of Australian building standards Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach What's in it for you? $90k - $110k Super (dependent on experience) Work for a company highly regarded in the industry Supportive leadership, committed to your development Hybrid working arrangements (2 days WFH) In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
