Prepare and maintain schedules and plans for current and future pipeline projects, ensuring alignment with critical resourcing and time constraints. Collaborate with Apprentice Supervisors, the QBuild Apprenticeship team, and other stakeholders to schedule QBuild apprentices to appropriate projects and maintenance tasks, ensuring training competencies are achieved. Develop detailed schedules in collaboration with delivery teams to support the successful execution of programs. Create and maintain a project/program status dashboard to provide accurate and detailed reporting on construction programs, resource utilisation, and progress. The Client Our client is the Queensland Government’s building and asset services team, operating under the Department of Energy and Public Works. Delivering maintenance, construction, and project management services for public infrastructure across the state. To be successful you will have the following: Current Drivers Licence Proficiency in using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools Demonstrated experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project and program delivery in this context If you meet all of the above requirements and would like to discuss further please contact me ASAP.
