With a strong pipeline of major projects, we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our Bid Team , working closely with our New Business and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, winning submissions. The Opportunity This is a key role within our Bid Team, responsible for managing bids end-to-end and driving winning strategies on major projects ($100m). You will play a pivotal role in how we position RCC in the market. Leading submissions, influencing stakeholders and mentoring a high-performing bid team, while partnering closely with New Business and Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across all bids. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage the full EOI and tender process from start to submission Develop and drive win strategies , ensuring alignment across all bid content Facilitate bid workshops, start-up meetings and ongoing team engagement Write, edit and refine both technical and non-technical submission content Manage stakeholder inputs, timelines and deliverables to meet submission deadlines Partner closely with New Business and Marketing to ensure strong positioning and messaging Review and elevate content to ensure it is client-focused and competitive Mentor and guide Bid Coordinators, fostering capability within the team Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong strike rates and repeat business What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Bid Manager/Submissions Manager/Bid Leader within construction Experience managing complex bids, ideally $100m projects Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing others Advanced writing, editing and storytelling skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders Strong understanding of win strategies, client drivers and competitive positioning Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems What's In It For You Opportunity to lead bids on major, career-defining projects Work within a collaborative Bid Team, partnering with New Business and Marketing Strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work across NSW/ACT Access to RCC Work Perks including wellbeing initiatives, leave benefits and recognition programs Be part of a business that genuinely values its people and invests in their growth At RCC, we talk about building a shared legacy, delivering projects that serve communities for generations.
