Your New Role Reporting to the DE&I Lead, the DE&I Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in advancing AustralianSuper’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) agenda and vision - To harness the value of diverse perspectives where all colleagues feel they belong. You will lead key DE&I initiatives, compliance activities and strategic projects across the colleague lifecycle. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation, you’ll combine strong analytical capability with practical delivery to help embed DE&I into policies, processes and everyday ways of working, while ensuring regulatory obligations are met and meaningful, data ‑ driven outcomes are achieved. In this role, you’ll: Lead end ‑ to ‑ end delivery of annual DE&I ‑ related compliance and reporting activities, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting Oversee implementation of the Respect@Work Prevention and Response Plan, supporting a safe and respectful workplace Coordinate and grow colleague networks, supporting engagement, communications and participation across the organisation Support the design and delivery of DE&I initiatives, communications, training and inclusive leadership capability programs Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture and the broader business to embed DE&I into policies, processes and colleague lifecycle activities Ensure DE&I ‑ related risks are identified and managed in line with the Fund ’ s Risk Management Framework What you’ll need: Proven experience in a dedicated DE&I role or related consulting capacity, with the ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels Strong experience managing WGEA reporting and compliance, with sound knowledge of DE&I ‑ related obligations in Australia Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and insights to inform decisions and track outcomes Well ‑ developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with senior and executive leaders A proactive, collaborative and outcomes ‑ focused mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement We know that women and people from underrepresented groups are more likely to self-select out of applications if they don't meet all the requirements.
