As part of a supportive and high‑performing team, you’ll manage customer prize claims and payments from start to finish, ensuring every interaction is accurate, compliant and handled with care. You’ll work directly with customers face‑to‑face, helping create positive moments during some of their most exciting wins. This is a part‑time opportunity, working Wednesday to Friday (22.8 hours per week). What you’ll do Receive customer prize claims – either in-person or via mail – and work through the initial stages of accounting for those claims. Provide welcoming and excellent service to those customers who visit our corporate office. Verify and authorise prize payments in line with guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. Undertake banking tasks that enable the payments to be made to customers. Investigate and resolve customer queries across a range of lost and damaged ticket scenarios. Administer prize cheque that get returned to us, by updating details in systems and reissuing to customers if required. Utilise your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and work with your leader and interstate peers to deliver and implement changes. Develop and maintain skills and operational knowledge in relation to systems and processes with a view to continual learning and improvement. What you’ll bring Prior experience working in a direct customer facing and / or administration role. Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
