Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will support and stabilise the University’s new UKG-based Scheduling, Time and Attendance system. You will ensure data integrity, resolve complex operational issues, and partner with HR stakeholders across the University. You will gain HR systems experience in a collaborative hub team within a flexible hybrid working environment. What you will deliver: Process high-volume Scheduling, Time and Attendance requests in UKG Pro, resolving access, approval and timecard issues. Investigate and correct data errors, performing manual fixes and form entries to maintain accurate workforce records. Provide scheduling support to stakeholders across the University, and follow up unapproved timecards with managers and departments Provide responsive customer service to staff and managers, troubleshooting enquiries and supporting the ST&A Hub service model. Contribute insights on system use, errors and user experience to continuous improvement, training materials and compliance activities. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or bring equivalent experience in HR, payroll or shared services. Thrive in a high-volume, transactional HR environment with tight deadlines and competing operational demands. Offer experience with HR, Scheduling, Time and Attendance or payroll systems, ideally including UKG Pro. Demonstrate confidence using online service tools such as ServiceNow or CRM platforms to manage requests. Apply sound judgement when handling sensitive employee information and always maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
