The Opportunity As a Project Control Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of project delivery—owning scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting across major infrastructure projects. You’ll play a key role not just in execution, but also in tenders and project set-up, helping shape successful project outcomes from day one while contributing to broader portfolio performance and resource planning. Who we are looking for What You’ll Be Responsible For Project Controls & Delivery Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and cost control frameworks Monitor performance using dashboards, S-curves, and KPI reporting Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage changes in scope and ensure alignment to cost and schedule Portfolio & PMO Support Contribute to project portfolio reporting and performance insights Support resource planning and utilisation across multiple projects Tendering & Project Set-Up Support bid teams with planning, scheduling, and cost estimates Establish project baselines during the proposal phase Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and partners to align project plans Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams, and external partners Ensure seamless integration of stakeholder inputs into plans and schedules What You’ll Bring Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong experience in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management Background in major infrastructure projects and tendering environments Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, or Oracle Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join SUEZ?
