To be successful, you will ideally have: • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence • Previous property management experience • Strong understanding of property management legislation and processes • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle • Experience using Property Tree is desirable, but not essential • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow and improve The Role Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to manage their own portfolio, strengthen relationships with landlords and tenants, and work within a dynamic agency that is continuing to expand.
