$140-$160k super Company Car (Ford Ranger) Company Credit Card Full-time permanent role Opportunity for long-term employment with a strong market leader within the mining industry Our client is a well-known and highly reputable national provider of products in the mining industry. Due to growth, we're on the hunt for a highly driven Product Sales & Support Manager to join their team. As the Product Sales & Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships within the mining sector as well as developing new business opportunities. You will also ensure participation in trials on coal mines and ensure the satisfactory delivery of products and services and ongoing product support to customers. You are accountable for achieving targets, proactive client management and forecast accuracy whilst driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects. This role is based in Newcastle and the Hunter region however travel to mine sites across NSW will be regular throughout the month, and nationally as required. About the role: Maintain customer relationships with both existing and new clients to drive company goals and objectives, ensuring targets are met. Regularly attend client meetings to provide ongoing customer product and sales support ensuring product supply, product performance and customer needs are met. Participate in sales meetings to report on market activity and insights, forecasts, opportunities, upcoming tenders and sales strategy Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts within your geographical territory including new business opportunities and the participation in tenders Build and execute account management plans and strategies for each account to build client retention and growth through adoption of product ranges Encourage and participate in customer on-site trials to drive opportunities Ensure all product data collection is accurate and updated in CRM along with client communication, opportunities and threats Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources including warehousing and suppliers What we're looking for: Experience in a similar sales or product support position within the mining industry Trade or engineering background in either mining, fixed or mobile plant machinery, drilling or blasting A strong and positive network within the mining industry Ability to identify client needs and solution sell Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly Ability to manage high end professional negotiations Experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships Strong computer skills Willingness and ability to travel as necessary Ability to work autonomously Strong desire to succeed professionally Drivers licence Ability to travel as required What's in it for you? $140-$160k super Company Car (Ford Ranger) Company Credit Card Full-time permanent role Opportunity for long-term employment with a strong market leader within the mining industry If you're seeking your next challenge and hold a strong desire to succeed both professionally and personally in a career that provides strong financial rewards, APPLY TODAY!
