Based on-site at a critical data centre, you will join a small team responsible for daily operations. Duties include plant and equipment checks, contractor management, leading small projects, planned maintenance, and assisting with defect identification and resolution. The position requirements include but are not limited to: Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure correct operation, calibration, and reliability. Perform regular maintenance on electrical, HVAC, and backup service systems. Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors while completing required reports and documentation. Participate in flexible rostering arrangements, including shift work as required. To be considered for this role you should ideally possess: Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines, with hands-on experience in complex systems and infrastructure. Exposure to critical environments such as military, mining, or petrochemical sites, including work with mission-critical operations. Experience with critical power and infrastructure equipment including generators, UPS systems, cooling towers, and associated building services. Process-oriented mindset with a solid all-round understanding of building services and operational procedures.
