The Opportunity We are seeking a warm, experienced Centre Director to lead this close-knit and dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor, guide, and empower educators while maintaining a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. The Benefit A generous salary of up to $110 super depending on qualification Support from a welcoming management committee Plenty of ongoing professional development opportunities A beautiful natural outdoor play area and cosy community feel The Ideal Applicant We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Centre Director in long day care, along with: A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications Working With Children Check and RHHAN‑EC A warm, approachable leadership style and a passion for building genuine relationships with children, families, and staff You’ll thrive in this role if you love being part of a supportive community and enjoy creating spaces where children feel safe, confident, and inspired.
