PURPOSE To ensure effective delivery of all administrative tasks to meet outstanding client service standards for all facets of the Alman Partners service Provide prompt and friendly communication with clients Support advisers and the wider team by implementing advice, managing follow-ups, contributing to projects and ad hoc tasks, completing required training, and acting as backup for other team members to ensure smooth operational delivery RESPONSIBILITIES Provide end-to-end administrative and implementation support by preparing review documents and advice paperwork, gathering and collating third-party data, completing Salesforce/Xplan workflow tasks, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with client inquiries while ensuring compliance is met Participate in and follow up on actions from client meetings Reading, understanding, and collating data from insurance, super, and investment platforms Preparing advice document and implementation forms Demonstrating an excellent understanding of advice documents, fees, and external platform requirements Supporting Advisers with client inquiries as necessary Ensuring the smooth execution of the CRM workflows Assisting the team with developing and executing projects and other ad hoc tasks Interacting with clients to determine goals and objectives Individual risk profiling, research, and analysis of financial data, running projections, evaluation of strategic options, determination of asset allocation, debt management plan Support the development of financial plans and investment strategies, stress testing overall strategies to determine the best outcome for clients Working with advisers to assess the client’s insurance positions, estate, and succession planning, liaising with related professionals Implementation of financial plan and investment strategies Review investment performance and returns, ensuring an appropriate level of return is delivered in the prevailing market environment Seek to minimise investment costs and review asset allocation and portfolio strategy Research available markets, services, and products Support advisers with annually monitoring and reviewing portfolio performance, re-balancing where required, adapting and developing investment strategy to keep in line with changes to client circumstances MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Economics Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS The appointee will be required to: Comply with Alman Partners’ Values and Behaviours Observe all legal and safety obligations of the organisation Undertake further training and development via our Associate program Work outside of regular hours as required Maintain confidentiality of all business and client information. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Exceptional client service skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of proficiency and speed in collecting, compiling, and storing client data. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, exercising initiative and judgment with general guidance from senior staff. Significant experience using software packages and CRM management such as Salesforce, XPlan, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to develop documents and store/retrieve information.
