Store Manager - Nowra - Immediate Start Available! We are looking for an experienced and incredibly successful Store Manager for this established Nowra large format retailer. In this role you will oversee your department heads to ensure the business is well merchandised and filled to the brim, your team is successful and store targets and goals are reached and exceeded. The ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, self-motivated and have a strong leadership ability. You will be held accountable for every aspect of the business including driving sales and profit, overseeing training and service standards, as well as managing the stores operational and stock requirements through delegation and follow up. Coming from a background focused on managing large teams and fast-paced stores in either Department or FMCG settings, or large format retail giants, you will love mentoring your team of high-performing people and thrive under the pressure of a constantly busy and bustling shop environment, driven by peak retail seasons Skills and Experience A proven background in large format retail management: FMCG and Dept Store experience preferred Incredible understanding of managing & affecting P&L reports Ability to promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience Confidence managing high levels of inventory VM Sensational people skills including managing recruitment, HR, etc Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Physical capabilities managing back end retail expectations Benefits and Rewards: What are the PERKS?
