This is a hands-on, early‑career role where you’ll sit at the intersection of: Microsoft alliances Digital sales & demand follow‑up Pipeline qualification and acceleration If you’re commercially curious, comfortable speaking to customers, and keen to grow into a future Seller or Business Development Manager, this role is built for you. The Role You’ll split your week across two exciting areas: ~60% Microsoft Alliance Management ~40% Digital Sales Support You’ll act as the glue between marketing, Microsoft, our Digital Growth Specialist and the sales team – making sure leads, referrals and opportunities never fall through the cracks and are turned into real pipeline. This role gives you front‑row exposure to how modern, Microsoft‑led pipeline is generated, qualified and closed. What You'll Be Doing Alliance Management (Microsoft‑focused) Manage Microsoft referrals and co‑sell opportunities from intake to seller handover Work in Microsoft Partner Centre to track referrals, incentives and data quality Support Microsoft funding programs and incentives with sales teams Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to progress opportunities and unlock support Partner with marketing on Microsoft‑led campaigns, events and workshops Help track and report on Microsoft‑sourced pipeline Digital Sales Support Follow up marketing‑generated leads from campaigns, events and webinars Qualify leads and route strong opportunities to the sales team Support event follow‑up to identify next steps Work closely with the Digital Growth Specialist to ensure fast lead response Maintain accurate CRM data Ensure no opportunities are lost between marketing, alliances and sales What We're Looking For Experience & Interest 0–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, partnerships or a commercial role Strong interest in sales, business development and partnerships/stakeholder management Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem is required Experience with Microsoft Partner Center is a big plus Skills & Mindset Commercially curious – you want to understand how deals turn into revenue Confident reaching out to customers via phone, email and LinkedIn Organised, proactive and strong at follow‑through Comfortable working across teams (sales, marketing, alliances) Tech‑savvy and happy working with CRM tools and partner portals Ambitious and motivated to grow into a full sales role over time What You'll Gain Hands‑on experience in: Microsoft alliance management Early‑stage sales qualification and pipeline building A clear development pathway toward Seller or Business Development Manager roles Daily collaboration with sales, marketing, Microsoft and alliance leaders A strong commercial foundation in how digital‑first pipeline really works Exposure to cloud, data, AI and Microsoft solutions in real customer scenarios
