How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead end-to-end social content creation across our social ecosystem. Develop and execute engaging, platform-native content including Reels, TikToks, stories, and campaign assets Own the social content calendar, ensuring content is timely, strategic, and aligned to brand objectives Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video content Identify emerging trends and translate them into creative and commercially relevant content opportunities Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives Analyse content performance and use insights to continuously optimise engagement and reach Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels What You’ll Bring to the Team: 5–7 years experience in social media content creation with a strong focus on short-form video Proven experience managing a brand’s social content strategy from concept through to execution Strong videography and editing skills across CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and in-app editing tools A creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and emerging social trends Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong written communication and copywriting skills across various social platforms An analytical approach with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights strategically Experience within beauty, aesthetics, health, or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded Why choose Laser Clinics?
