Key Responsibilities • Lead complex mental health care and clinical decisions • Guide nurses and build team capability • Drive projects and uphold clinical standards • Review practice and align with policy • Deliver education, counselling and group work • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and partners • Support safe, high quality care and recovery About You You’re a confident mental health nurse leader who drives quality care and supports team growth.
