About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to lead end-to-end solar installations while supervising a small team across premium residential projects. Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include: Managing solar installations from start to completion Leading and supporting a small on-site team Installing and commissioning solar and battery systems Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards Coordinating materials, workflow, and site requirements Providing high-quality customer service on residential projects Maintaining accurate documentation and installation records About You The successful candidate will have: Current A-Grade Electrical Licence Accreditation in Solar And Battery Installation Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to manage projects from start to finish Excellent communication and customer service capability What's in it for You?
