Your Role: Juniper is actively recruiting an Administration Officer to join their Bethavon facility in Northam on a casual basis. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for filing, data entry, record keeping, and a range of general administrative tasks, all while fostering a welcoming and respectful environment. You will engage with staff, residents, their families, and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience. A friendly, patient, and adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to manage interruptions smoothly and maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times. This is a casual position with the successful candidate being required to have availability through the week to cover planned and unplanned leave. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site. Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying. Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Key Requirements: Experience in the aged care sector is highly desirable. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task. Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines. Excellent presentation.
