Job OpportunityVillage ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Village Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of our Hawkesbury Village in Richmond and Kentgrove Village in Kenthurst. This is a full-time role, with four days per week based in Richmond and one day per week in Kenthurst.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in aged care or village management.Responsibilities include budget management, community engagement, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.The Village Manager will work closely with the Village residents, and local businesses to nurture a thriving, inclusive environment. Aged Care or Village Management would be ideal or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience, is required. If you are passionate about community development and have a vision for sustainable growth, we invite you to apply and lead our village into a prosperous future.Role Objectives:To drive highly engaged, resident-led, contented, and vibrant communities.To facilitate the independent living of residents by delivering on-site services in line with organisational processes and policies.Ensure the Villages are maintained at the level required to deliver a high-quality standard of living for residents by coordinating with Asset Management and Minor Works Teams.To maintain optimum occupancy levels by undertaking face to face ongoing resales and letting activities in line with organisational policy and implementing new sales initiatives in conjunction with Sales TeamTo support village operation by managing client information systems.Ideally you will have:Relevant qualification in an appropriate discipline desirable but not essentialStrong administration and organisational skillsExperience in delivery of person-centred customer serviceCurrent NSW driver’s LicenseExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Solid business acumen, understanding of budgets, good computer skills - Systems training will be providedBenefits and Culture:Uniting is proud to be an EEO employer.
