Key Responsibilities: Operate a forklift and move pallets Read detailed blueprints, set up jigs and produce trusses Operate equipment which may include jig set up, pull-saw, CNC router, takes inventory of wood stick, and manages own tools and safety Work with boring machines or drill driver sets Verify documentation accompanying each manufacturing lot for completeness and accuracy Work Health & Safety (WHS): must follow H&G WHS policies and act safely to protect themselves and others, in line with the WHS Act 2011 (NSW) What We're Looking For: Timber Frame and Truss experience essential Lifting requirement – 15 kg or less Demonstrate a level of urgency in getting things done, and a willingness to meet expectations Commit to production quality, safety, service and output targets The ability to recommend ways to minimise expenditure and waste Must have valid Forklift Licence What You’ll Get: Competitive weekly pay Staff discounts across premium brands Stable, supportive team with long-term employees Why Join Us?
