We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you’ll operate as part of a collaborative P&C function, with the autonomy to own your portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. About the Role This is a hands-on business partnering role with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and leader capability within a multi-site environment. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to manage complex people matters, provide clear and pragmatic advice, and uplift their capability to confidently lead their teams. While supported by an experienced P&C team, you’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio independently and deliver outcomes without the need for constant oversight, consistent with the expectations of the role. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations and case management matters end-to-end, including investigations Provide advice and guidance on performance, conduct, and workplace issues Coach leaders to build capability in managing their teams and handling ER matters Provide expert advice on employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements Support the implementation of P&C programs and initiatives across your portfolio Partner with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives Work collaboratively with the broader P&C team to ensure consistent and compliant practices About You 8–10 years’ experience in operational HR / People & Culture roles Strong background in employee relations within a multi-site environment Demonstrated experience managing complex casework and investigations Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Awards Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgement Experience coaching and influencing leaders to build capability Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Why Join Levande?
