We’re currently seeking an Assistant Property & Community Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations and resident experience at LIV Indigo, our premium Build‑to‑Rent community located in Sydney Olympic Park. The opportunity Reporting to the Property & Community Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering the LIV brand promise helping to maintain a premium asset, foster a connected community and provide an exceptional experience for residents, every day. You’ll be highly visible onsite, working closely with residents, internal teams and partners to ensure the asset operates at its best and reflects Mirvac’s standards of quality, service and care. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of the LIV Brand Promise and LIV Customer Charter Provide a consistently exceptional, customer‑led resident experience Support leasing activity in line with the Strategic Asset Plan Help deliver events, activations and partnerships that drive resident engagement and retention Maintain a strong onsite presence, responding to resident requests and concerns with care and professionalism Accurately log, manage and escalate resident interactions and complaints Ensure the property is presented to premium brand standards at all times Support contractor and service provider performance alongside the Technical Services team Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures Contribute to portfolio‑wide initiatives and continuous improvement projects About you You’re passionate about people, service and community. You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy being hands‑on onsite, and genuinely care about creating positive experiences. You’ll ideally bring: 2 years’ experience in property management or residential real estate A strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation Confidence handling customer issues with empathy and positive outcomes A Real Estate or Assistant Agent Licence Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or public holidays as required Why Mirvac Mirvac is proud to be consistently recognised as a Great Place to Work.
