Why this role matters As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of electrical design for complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You’ll lead small to medium-sized projects, mentor others, and build strong client relationships – all while helping shape the future of our Building Services team. What You’ll Do Lead with expertise: Drive electrical design for projects across sectors like data centres, healthcare, rail, as well as high-rise residential, aviation, and tertiary education. Own the delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure exceptional outcomes. Be the connector: Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities. Shape the future: Contribute to strategic growth and innovation within our business unit. What You Bring A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 6–10 years’ experience in building services projects (consulting environment preferred). Proven ability to juggle multiple projects across diverse sectors. Strong client management and project leadership skills. Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
