The project: This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Direct sub‑programme delivery, aligning strategies, resources, and outcomes with the overarching programme vision. Drive performance improvement through optimised processes, methodologies, and digital, data, and C2P innovation. Maintain excellence across safety, quality, cost, sustainability, risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Build an inclusive, high‑performing team culture and manage senior team members. Strengthen relationships with clients and internal partners, promoting knowledge sharing and service excellence. Ensure commercial viability, compliance, and effective risk management across programme operations. You’ll need to have: Proven experience driving productivity through standardisation, MMC, digital tools, and repeatable delivery methods. Skilled in reducing variability, waste, and improving project readiness for efficient on‑site assembly. Strong capability collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed performance metrics and continuous improvement. Aviation, transport, major programme, or Tier‑1 contractor experience beneficial but not essential.
