This role bridges the gap between the high-level Transformation strategy roadmap and enabling our team working on the Transformation. Key to the success of the role is consistent application of people principles to land the right people, in right roles and right skills to deliver critical program milestones; maintain BAU operations and sustain a strong values based employee experience. This role can be based either at either our Sydney offices (Warriewood or Surry Hills beside central train station) – we also work in a flexible way. This position is offered on a 24 month fixed term basis. Who are you? Proven experience in change and transformation program delivery; or HR Project Management Minimum of 8years of Consulting, HR or Change Management, with a focus on data-analysis, resource planning, training needs analysis, program management and governance Demonstrated pragmatic problem-solving abilities, with a bias to simple MVP and test and learn approaches. Ability to manage and support complex projects and multi-task effectively. Stakeholder Influence: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across functions to deliver full impact of initiatives Technical Savvy: High level of curiosity regarding AI, digital transformation, and business process re-engineering.
