About the Role You will join a 12‑bed combined ICU/HDU providing 24/7 care to critically unwell patients across the hospital. The ICU Registrar delivers onsite care under consultant supervision and plays a key role in assessment, coordination, and management of ICU/HDU patients. The position includes 3 months of supernumerary anaesthetics registrar experience . About You MBBS or equivalent with AHPRA registration Minimum 3–4 years postgraduate experience Eligible to participate in CICM Foundation Training , or ICU training via RACP, ACRRM, ACEM or FRACGP pathways Interest in Intensive Care Medicine or Anaesthesiology Procedural skills (e.g. invasive lines, intubation) desirable Comfortable with 12‑hour shift work across a 7‑day roster Strong teamwork, decision‑making and communication skills Why St Vincent’s?
