The Role We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Clarinda on the Park home in Clarinda. This home has 78 wonderful residents who value your contribution. There are shifts available across PM and Night Duty. Our Personal Care Workers: Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home Document information including all required charting and progress notes Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. About you Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification.
