What does the job look like? An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated, highly capable and hands on Team Leader to support our fully automated warehouse at Huntingwood. Reporting to the Supervisor, this role is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of up to 6 Storepeople to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and distribution activities, including safety, receiving, reporting, inventory management, and quality control. This is a permanent day shift position, operating Monday to Friday (7:00am start). Key Areas: Actively participating in and adhering to all safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements at all times. Providing strong leadership and clear direction to ensure team KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Managing people-related matters, including attendance, performance, and engagement. Supporting quality requirements through the accurate inspection and recording of all inbound freight movements into the Distribution Centre. Planning and managing staff rosters and workloads to meet operational and customer requirements. Liaising with transport providers and the broader warehouse team to ensure an efficient and accurate inbound process. Are you the one?
