Our Youth Accommodation Service offers safety, stability and a chance to reset. As a Youth Worker, you will be part of the team that walks alongside them as they rebuild confidence and move toward independence. About the role This is meaningful, people centred work. Every shift is different. You might be helping a young person navigate a tough moment, supporting them to access services, or creating a calm and welcoming space where they can feel grounded again. You will be part of a small and committed team that shows up with compassion, consistency and respect. This is a casual position with shifts offered as needed. Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 4.
