About the Role: We are seeking a full-time permanent HR Officer or HR Administrator (depending on the experience and qualification) with strong hands-on generalist HR experience. Main Responsibilities Support end-to-end white collar recruitment including posting ads, pre-screening, organising interviews and reference checks. Support white collar employee onboardings, contracts, variation of employments and offboarding. Provide support for other HR functions such as performance management, disciplinary actions, training, worker’s compensation and employee engagement. Manage queries through HR inbox. Maintain HR records, regularly update HR tracking sheets and provide HR reports as required. Complete all HR filing and ensure personnel files and other records are up to date. Provide general administrative and operational HR support. Selection Criteria 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (or a graduate if completed a HR degree). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management is desirable. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Highly motivated approach with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional HR support. Highly organised and willing to take ownership. Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in HR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. People focused approach ensuring high quality HR support is provided to all employees, managers and other stakeholders at all times. Strong focus on continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have Permanent work rights in Australia (Australian PR or citizen).
