We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Dispatch person/ Forklift Operator to join our team in a casual role with potential for permanency. The ideal candidate will be confident in their skill set in general warehousing, experienced in GMP/HACCP environments and familiar operating High Reach forklift role for our client in the North-East. Key Responsibilities: Follow directions from the Logistics Coordinator. Receive incoming goods — unload trucks, check deliveries against paperwork, and record any damages as per SOPs. Maintain stock accuracy and traceability using the MES system. Prepare and dispatch customer orders in line with dispatch reports and customer specifications. Ensure all pallets are labelled and documented correctly, matching packing slips and dispatching details in the system. Assist with stock transfers, re-labelling, re-boxing, and re-stacking as required. Follow all QA, HACCP, and safety policies and procedures. Safely operate High Reach forklift. Assist with general warehouse duties as required (All rounder) Clean and organize warehouse environment. Skills & Experience: Current LF Forklift License Experience in handling both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts Previous experience working in GMP/HACCP environments Minimum 1 years experience Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 Databases - general IT Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
