About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join a compassionate and supportive provider of community-based allied health services in Sydney's west or south-west, NSW. You will join an expert multidisciplinary team driven by a passion to empower individuals and help them reach their full potential, delivering therapy services across homes, schools and telehealth settings. This role combines clinical caseload management with team leadership responsibilities, offering genuine opportunities for career advancement within a thriving NDIS-focused organisation.
