About the Role Are you passionate about planning, delivering and evaluating financial capability workshops in community settings and connecting participants to further support across the FinWell program. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging financial capability workshops Create safe, trauma‑informed learning environments Adapt content for diverse needs Build participant confidence and skills Provide warm referrals and service navigation Contribute to reporting and program improvement What You’ll Bring BA in Social Work, Community services or Diploma with relevant work experience Financial Literacy Education Certification or willing to obtain Experience supporting people facing financial hardships.
