POSITIONS AVAILABLE Due to team restructuring and continued growth, we are recruiting for two roles within our client’s Quality and Innovation functions: Quality Assurance Business Partner – Product Development – newly created Food Technologist These roles will play a critical part in delivering new products, improving existing ranges, and ensuring all products meet regulatory, customer and commercial expectations. QA Business Partner – Product Development This is not a traditional QA role . You will act as the central link between QA, R&D, Operations and Commercial teams , ensuring: All stakeholders are aligned Product changes move efficiently through the business Compliance never slows down speed to market Key Responsibilities Include: Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will own QA input across product development and change processes, you will: · Own QA input across NPD and product changes end-to-end Ensure compliance with FSANZ, HACCP, BRC and customer standards Manage supplier approvals, specifications and document control Act as the key interface across departments , removing roadblocks Support cost-out, COGS and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical leadership during product and process changes This role is about influence, communication and ownership — not just QA systems Food Technologist Working closely with the broader team, you will support new product development and improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Food Technologist , you will play a hands-on role in trials, validation and product launches. Key Responsibilities Include: New product development and product improvements Trials, validation and product launches Cost optimisation and value engineering initiatives Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality You will be hands-on in bringing new ideas to life and ensuring successful product delivery. ABOUT YOU We’re open to different backgrounds depending on the role, but you will bring: Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or related discipline Experience in food manufacturing (FMCG preferred) Strong understanding of food safety, QA systems and regulatory requirements Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment For the QA Business Partner role, you will also have: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to bring teams together and drive alignment Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes WHY APPLY?
